4. Pricing and Payment All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. CLARO reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Order Acceptance CLARO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity, inaccurate billing or shipping information, errors in pricing or product description, stock availability. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified by email and refunded in full.
6. Intellectual Property All content on the CLARO website, including the brand name, logo, product designs, photographs, texts, and visuals, is the exclusive property of CLARO and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
