This Shipping Policy describes the shipping methods, delivery times, and costs for CLARO orders.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch: United Kingdom: 3 to 5 business days. European Union: 5 to 8 business days. Rest of the world: 7 to 14 business days.

Please note that these times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Customs and Import Duties For international orders outside the United Kingdom, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

CLARO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact.claroeyes@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. CLARO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
