These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the CLARO website. By placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Products CLARO sells premium clothing and accessories in limited drops. Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, slight color variations may occur depending on your screen settings.
2. Orders Orders can be placed directly on the CLARO website. To place an order, you must: select your products and add them to your cart, provide accurate billing and shipping information, choose a payment method, confirm your order. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
3. Pricing All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes (VAT). Shipping fees are not included in the product price and are calculated at checkout based on your destination. CLARO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the price displayed at the time of order.
4. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of order. CLARO accepts the following payment methods through Shopify Payments: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
5. Order Confirmation CLARO reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly in cases of: suspected fraud, incorrect or incomplete information, stock unavailability, pricing errors.
6. Delivery Delivery times and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy. CLARO cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
7. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with UK and European consumer law, you have a right of withdrawal of 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order without justification. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for the conditions and procedure.
8. Warranty CLARO products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear, accidental breakage, or improper use.
9. Liability CLARO's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. CLARO cannot be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
10. Disputes and Governing Law These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. If no agreement is reached, the competent court will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
